Claire Clutterham is the newly elected Federal Member for Sturt, representing the Australian Labor Party. A lawyer of more than 20 years’ experience, Claire has worked internationally in the Middle East and Hong Kong, and locally in South Australia on major infrastructure, governance, and policy reforms.

Before entering Federal Parliament, she served as a councillor for the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters and as a board member of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Elected in 2025, she is the first Labor woman to represent Sturt since its creation. Claire is passionate about climate action, community infrastructure, and inclusive representation. She lives in eastern Adelaide with her husband Ben and stepdaughter, and is known for her love of running and community volunteering.
